Does discarding a Palette card with a 7 trigger the Advanced draw?
The designer ruled this in 2016 and the official clarification sheet says the same.

No. The designer ruled that a 7's discard doesn't draw; the draw applies only to a discard from your hand. Earlier posts that allowed it are superseded.
