Can I use only some of the Advanced Red7 rules, such as scoring without the draw?
One player reported it works; the rulebook describes both rules as add-ons without forbidding mixing.

Yes. The two Advanced rules (the draw and scoring) are separate, and players report mixing them freely works well. This is a table choice, not an official ruling.
