Can I lead a Prince before one has been played if my hand is all Princes?

Yes — the rule that bars leading Princes does not apply if Princes are all you hold. Otherwise, Princes may be led only after a void player has played a Prince (the Frog does not count); from then on anyone may lead them until the round ends.
