How do 6-cost developments score when they list several conditions?

Go through every card in your tableau and add the VP of the condition that card satisfies. A card scores for at most one condition of a single 6-cost development (the word "other" on some lines enforces this), but different cards may score under different lines, and one card may count toward several 6-cost developments.
