How does the robot treat a flipped Doomed World, and can it settle Alien worlds with it?

It places it like any other world and does not need to replace it; the robot flips Doomed World from the draw pile as an exception, and in solo play it can settle a non-military Alien world this way. The robot may play any world it flips regardless of cost.
