In what order do Produce powers resolve?

In any order you choose, but one power must fully resolve before another and they cannot interrupt each other. The exception is Mining Conglomerate, which pays out at the end of the Produce phase after all other powers. Between players, order only matters when the deck is low, clockwise from the lowest start world.
