How does Pilgrimage World score, and can it use my last good?

It consumes all remaining goods and scores one VP fewer than the number consumed (two goods give 1 VP, one gives 0). It needs at least one good available when invoked, you can invoke it first (leaving other consume powers unused) or last, and with no goods you do not lose VP.
