How do specific Patronage cards work (Galactic Alliance, Alliance Negotiators, Mass-Market Advertisers, Alien Warning Beacon)?

Answered by Voxen, the designer of the Patronage fan expansion; not an official Race for the Galaxy ruling.

The good on Alien Warning Beacon can never be replaced; Alien Nemesis can produce on itself; with Consume: Trade, Mass-Market Advertisers sells a second Novelty good (two Favor with Terraforming Specialists). Galactic Alliance places only non-military worlds as developments and gives Phase II powers, not Phase III or agenda discounts; Imperium Rule or Infiltrators may convert a world for it. Alliance Negotiators copy a power as if in your tableau, and Evolved A.I. Race counts consumed Novelty goods but not traded ones.
