When can a Most goal be lost or taken?

You can claim a Most goal from the center only at the end of the phase named on its tile. After that it is rechecked at the end of every phase: it returns to the center the moment the holder fails the condition, passes to another player who alone exceeds the holder by the greatest amount, and returns to the center if two or more players exceed the holder by the same amount. A tie leaves the goal with the holder.
