Only the VP chips earned from consume powers, including Diversified Economy and Alien Toy World, not cards gained. VP from discarding cards from hand (Deficit Spending, Merchant World) are not doubled. Pilgrimage World's total is calculated first, then doubled, so three goods give 4 VP and five give 8.
