How does Imperium Cloaking Technology work?

Imperium Cloaking Technology is discarded to settle or conquer a non-military world as a military world with defense equal to its printed cost minus 2 (Replicant Robots does not reduce this). Only one of its settle powers can be used per Settle phase, and per the card it cannot be combined with pay-for-military powers such as Contact Specialist. Have enough Military before discarding it, since a discarded card's powers last to the end of the phase. Its takeover power can target any military world, including Rebel ones.
