How do the Alien Uplift tokens and feeding stations score?
The designer and publisher-side account answered the feeding-station questions on BoardGameGeek, and the rulebook states the B token text.

Feeding station artifacts are cumulative, 1 VP per station each, and a station still counts if a new Orb card covers part of its wall as long as its square is not covered. The gold B Alien Uplift token has no power and is worth 2 VP at game end.
