How does an Alien Good artifact token work?

It can be played in any phase: to boost Military in Settle, to be traded or consumed, or revealed in Produce, where it counts as producing a good and must go on an available empty Alien windfall world (otherwise it is not placed). Like any artifact token it can be used once.
