If the auction track is full and I am forced to invoke Ra, do I have to bid?
The publisher said a full track forces nobody to bid, matching the rulebook.

No. A full track forces you to invoke Ra if you have no God tile to spend, but the auction is not compulsory. Everyone, including you, may pass, and if all pass every tile on the track is discarded from the game.
