Can I put one barrel on a cargo ship and send the rest of the kind to the Wharf?
The rulebook's hold-back rule and forum views conflict on partial splits; the rulebook example only shows the ship-fills case.

Posters disagree. Many say splitting is fine across separate turns; the stricter reading says you must load as many as the ship will hold, so the split is legal only when the ship fills up and the rest goes to the Wharf next turn.
