Do goods wait on the Wharf until it is full, and what is the 11-barrel limit?
The rulebook states this directly, and forum players agree.

No. Goods shipped to the Wharf go straight back to the supply and score at once, so it is empty again each time. The 11-barrel figure only says it can take any amount of one kind (there are at most 11 barrels of one kind).
