Puerto Rico
Where do the Guest House colonists come from, and when can they move?
The rulebook allows placing two colonists in the Guest House but does not say where they come from; several players agree they are your own.

They come from your own colonists in the Mayor phase, after you take yours from the ship; you may park up to two there. The Guest House adds no colonists. You may later move a guest at the start, during or at the end of any other phase onto a building, plantation or quarry, where they work and stay until the next Mayor phase.
