The one where you can load the most of the chosen kind, leaving none behind if possible. With 6 corn and empty 5- and 6-barrel ships you must use the 6-barrel ship; with 4 corn and empty 4-, 5- and 6-barrel ships any of them is legal because they all take all 4. You may not pick a smaller ship to hold barrels back.
