Where does an action tile go when it leaves the blue zone and the green zone is full?
Into the red zone, at the open slot next to the green zone (the one costing 1 gold). The rulebook's 'first open green slot' instruction assumes there is space; earlier replies suggesting the blue or green zone are superseded by the designer.
