What happens when I buy a fourth power plant?
The rulebook states the three-plant limit and forbids scrapping the new plant.

You may own only three plants. When you buy a fourth, choose one of your other three plants and remove it from the game; the plant you just bought cannot be the one scrapped. You may move tokens from the scrapped plant to your remaining plants if they fit, or let them go back to the general supply; you are not forced to keep them. Older forum answers claimed you could scrap the new plant; the current rulebook says you cannot.
