How does the discount token work in the auction phase?

At the start of each Phase 2, put the token on the smallest plant in the current market; its minimum bid becomes 1 Elektro. If it is bought, the token is set aside. If a replacement plant is drawn with a lower number than the discounted plant, discard that new plant and the token, then draw again. If nobody buys the discounted plant, remove it from the game at the end of Phase 2 and replace it.
