If two point piles run out at once, how do I restock them?
The designer gave this method; the left-to-right order is a player suggestion.

Divide the remaining point cards roughly into thirds and refill each empty pile, taking from the bottom so the top card doesn't change. Using a fixed left-to-right order avoids favoring a pile.
