How many rovers can I have, and can I get more?
The designer said the corporation's rover count is the only limit, plus the solo extra-rover card.

No more than the number shown on your corporation board. Destroyed rovers do not return. Regressing and advancing again can win you a rover still sitting on your board, but never one beyond the limit. Only the green solo event card adds an extra rover.
