How do Meteorite Repo cards change meteorite scoring?
The designer said the cards only change the meteorite rate and round down to sets of three.

Meteorites are scored in full sets of three, rounded down, whatever the modifiers. Each Meteorite Repo you hold raises the medals per set, from the base 1 up to 5 with all four. The cards only modify meteorite scoring and are not scored again as civ cards.
