How does Horizon Group collect and destroy meteorites?

A rover picks up a meteorite, holds one, and must deliver it to a rover resource on your planet to collect it. Tech level 4 destroys one delivered to water terrain, which players read as mandatory. A meteorite still undelivered at game end is not collected and does not score. Tech level 2 gives one movement per rover carrying a meteorite at round start.
