When an objective counts resources, do I count icons or terrain squares?
The rulebook defines a resource as one of two icons on a tile.

Count resource icons, one per resource on a tile. Only objectives that mention squares or area count terrain squares. For the least-water objective this means water icons on your planet, not your water track and not the corporation board.
