How do I get the Camera, and can it be taken from me?
The rulebook says gear Photos don't give the Camera.

You gain the Camera whenever you take a Photo at the Vista, taking it from its current holder. Extra Photos from Gear (like the Wide-Angle Lens) do not give you the Camera.
