Do Trail End actions happen immediately when a Hiker arrives?
The At the Trail End section says the player immediately relights and chooses.

Yes. Each action resolves as soon as the Hiker reaches the Trail End, which can help your other Hiker. Only the Camera's Photo is delayed until the season ends.
