What happens if the Photo tokens run out?
A Keymaster staff poster says Photos are not intended to be limited and others use stand-ins; the rulebook doesn't address running out of Photos.

Photos are not meant to be a limited supply, so use a stand-in such as a spare marker to track extra Photos. One poster notes the rulebook's out-of-tokens rule, read literally, would block the Vista, but common sense says to keep going with a replacement.
