How much does a Photo cost, and do I need the Camera to take one?

A Photo costs 2 tokens. If you hold the Camera it costs 1 token (any token). You don't need the Camera to take a Photo; the Camera holder also gets one discounted Photo at the end of every season. Each Photo is worth 1 point.
