How many Parks and Gear cards are face up at setup?
The rulebook's setup text says three of each are dealt face up.

Three Parks and three Gear cards are dealt face up into their board slots, with the decks beside them. The top card of the Parks deck stays hidden but can be drawn when you Reserve a Park at the Trail End. Solo mode starts with no Gear revealed.
