Do I get the First Hiker Marker for reserving a Park elsewhere, such as the Lookout?
The Reserve a Park section ties the marker to the Trail End slot.

No. Only the first Hiker placed in the far right slot of Reserve a Park at the Trail End takes the marker. Reserving a Park elsewhere, such as at the Lookout, does not.
