Do I collect the weather token when I visit a site?
The rulebook says the first Hiker to land takes the token and can use it toward the action.

Only if you are the first Hiker to land on that site since the weather was placed. That Hiker takes the token as a bonus in addition to the site's action, and it can be used toward that action.
