Increase the infection rate, Infect (draw the bottom Infection card, remove all its Supply cubes, discard it), then Intensify (shuffle only the Infection discard pile and put it on top of the deck). Epidemics are resolved during the draw step and you do not draw a replacement; the normal Infect step of your turn still follows.
