How does the Medical Conference Coordinator move other pieces?
Its special action moves another player's pawn or a team, never the Coordinator itself, and nothing limits where the moved piece starts. It is not the Dispatcher's ability but a separate role, and since it has no "once per turn" limit it can be repeated as actions allow.
