If I fail a Disrupt Trial objective but the debrief doesn't mention it, do the trial cities become Exposed?
The errata confirms this for two months and several experienced players read the other months the same way.
Yes. Rule F covers it, and the intent is that each unsaved trial city gets an Exposed sticker and an infection card. The designers' errata confirmed this for September (Debrief 178) and corrected June to four cities (Debrief 190); April's failure text omits it but is read the same way.
