What happens when an alias is burned, and when do I use a temporary alias?

A burned alias cannot be used for the rest of the campaign (not just the current game). When you start your next turn you pick a temporary alias for the remainder of that game. The errata clarifies that the temporary-alias paragraph belongs to the flame icon only, not to discard or liability icons.
