Do pushed ships still pay out when they exit the canal?
The designer clarified that the pushed-ship exception is for military ships only.

Yes for ordinary ships: owner's card or cash, cargo pay and the Prospector's double apply however the ship exited. The 'no bonus for pushed ships' rule applies only to military ships. The rulebook's wording was clarified by the designer.
