How often can I be paid for moving a military ship?
Once per action, not once per turn: the normal die action, a Captain card, and each free clipboard movement can each pay again, and rail-phase moves pay too. The rulebook's 'once per turn' wording was clarified. Payment is the count of your flags of that nation, max $3, and only for ships you move, not push.
