What is the Stone Circle idea, and do I remove it when Module F is not used?

Stone Circle is not a tool and makes no token: it is built at the workbench when you play a card that allows building, then you return the resources, send the card to the cemetery and gain a cave painting part. Do not remove it from the idea deck when Module F is unused; all ideas numbered 4 go in the idea deck.
