When a card says to draw a card and 'resolve' it or take wounds, what counts as resolved?

Reveal it and choose one of its actions (or ignore and discard it if it is not red). If the chosen action destroys the card, it is removed; otherwise it is discarded for later. If you cannot or will not reveal it, you take the wounds. Once you pick one option you cannot return to the other.
