One Worker of any colour dismisses a Townsfolk from the row and gives its top-right reward. Two Workers (one must be a Fighter) hire it to your crew for its ongoing ability and immediate bottom rewards. You act on only one card per Recruit placement, you pay the printed Silver either way, and you can't do both with the same placement.
