A single player worked out the timing from the draw pile procedure; no official ruling.

Each round you keep one, put one on top of your draw pile and one on the bottom. A card put on top returns next round; a card on the bottom surfaces only as the deck is worked through, for example round 1's bottom card is the third card you draw in round 6. Used Paladins are out of the deck for good.
