When do I Resist Poison and how does it work?

Each time the party takes an explore turn and at the start of every boss round, if you have poison tokens: roll one die; higher than the party's poison tokens succeeds and removes a poison token. Leaf icons on open doors add +1. Failure still removes a token but adds damage. In a hybrid deck success no longer removes a token.
