What happens to doors, discards and stair tokens when I descend?

Discard all doors in play, then shuffle the discard pile (including fled-from open doors and cards discarded as time) to make the new deck with the stairs on the bottom. XP cards used for leveling stay out. Damage tokens left on the stairs disappear.
