How does the Hall Boy's money bonus work?
The designer answered each point in threads about the Hall Boy.
Place him on a guest with a money favour to add £100 to it. If the favour is doubled by a suite, the guest's money doubles first and the £100 is added afterwards. The designer first ruled he cannot go on a pauper to reduce its cost (you could put him on another guest to raise the money), but later said either way is playable, though as a thematic purist he would not allow it. He may boost a family member's money favour. Two Hall Boys (for example via the Underbutler) can each serve a different card, but not both the same card.
