Buy it like any tile, then play it on a later turn as an activity: you play only the Lord of the Manor card, no servant is needed, the tile flips and £200 goes onto it. At Step 2 of each later turn, including pass turns, you either add £200 or flip it and take the money, not both. Hosting with the tile afterwards is still allowed.
