How does the Still Room work: when is a servant placed, and what can it do?
During Provide Service you place one servant from Available Service on the tile (any servant except the Useful Man). On a later turn, not the turn it was placed, that servant can be used twice, for example to serve a tile and a guest, or two guests needing the same servant; per the tile's rules it stays on the tile until used twice or reclaimed to Available Service. Placing a servant does not count as your hosted activity, and it does not let one Butler serve two activities.
