Obsession
How many tiles can I buy from the Builders' Market per turn, and is buying optional?
The rulebook's market rules set the one-purchase limit and the no-duplicates rule.

One purchase per turn, even on a pass, unless it is a Builders' Holiday or a VP card allows more; buying is always optional. Courtship rounds have no purchases. You cannot buy a tile you already own.
