Should I use only a few promo tiles and guests per game?
The rules suggest only a few, but the designer says using all of them is usually fine. The risk is an opening where your first guests are all promos, since you want ordinary favours to build an early engine. The letter in brackets on a promo shows which expansion it belongs to; only the P and B promos need limiting, not U or W tiles.
